Craig graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Apparel and Textiles in 2002 and has worked in the retail management space throughout his career, including with The Buckle and Kenneth Cole. Craig has worked for Louis Vuitton since 2009 — initially as a department and then store manager. Since 2021 Craig's position within Louis Vuitton has been as a Client Services Quality Manager.
