Carly worked for a public relations assistant for Anthropologie in New York City. The role is an extended home office position, so sometimes she travels to Philadelphia, if needed. Previously, she was an apparel supervisor for Anthropologie in Kansas City, Missouri.

After finishing her summer of 2018 as a visual merchandising intern with the company, she decided to join the management team as a manger-in-training. Carly was quickly promoted to the apparel supervisor position. She also worked as an assistant manager and visual merchandiser at Madewell before landing her current position at Free People as a selling and service manager in Kansas City.
