Carolina is a Technical Designer for men's sportswear and lifestyle apparel at Nike in Beaverton, Oregon where she has worked since 2021.

Prior to Nike, Carolina worked for the VF Corporation as a Fabric Development Specialist, a Technical Designer, and a 3D Patternmaker at Lee Jeans for almost 10 years. While at Lee, Carolina was responsible for several product categories in men's, women's, and youth markets.

Carolina graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a B.S. in Apparel and Textiles, with a specialization in design.
