David Bright
Before making waves at Knoll, a leading international furniture and textile design company, David Bright studied as an undergraduate at Brown University and earned an M.B.A. from New York University. Currently, David is the Senior vice president of communications at Knoll, and he is responsible for all outgoing communication materials for the company, including print media, online media, and correspondence with media outlets for corporate public relations. He is also a lead manager for sales training and works closely with the Knoll architecture and design managers' team. He represents Knoll as a liaison for the Clinton Global Initiative, an organization founded by the former president of the United States to convene world leaders to problem-solve world issues, and the World Monuments Fund, an international nonprofit dedicated to preserving cultural heritage sites around the world. Outside of his work for Knoll, David also serves as the treasurer of The Summer Camp, Inc., a nonprofit entrepreneurship organization for kids and teens, and he serves on the advisory board for Manitoga/The Russell Wright Design Center. David is a change maker in design communications and brings innovative business and sales strategies to the world of design communications.
