Jeremy Keen ’11, ‘13
Jeremy Keen is the owner and founder of Keen Sports Performance, LLC., a personal training company he started in February 2018.
Keen Sports Performance is devoted to working with a variety of individuals including, but not limited to, athletes, rehabilitation patients and the general public. Keen’s mission is to provide a fun, yet innovative, strength and conditioning program where any client can achieve their goals.
He does this by providing evidence-based research, collaborating with other health professionals, and above all else passion!
Keen has four publications through various online journals and loves to apply evidence-based training methods with his current clientele. He presented his work at the 2012 and 2013 Experimental Biology Conference.
In 2011, Keen became a Level-One CrossFit trainer and continues to implement CrossFit methodology in his work. In 2013, he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and his USAW-L1 Sports Performance Coach certification through the United States Association of Weightlifting. He was also a previous collegiate wrestler at Kansas State University in 2007 and a competitive Olympic weightlifter.
He is a two-time graduate of K-State, earning his bachelor’s degree in 2011 and his master’s degree in 2013, both in kinesiology.
