You can add or drop any of our minors or certificates electronically by using the form below. This process may take a few days. You should recieve email confirmation that your request has been submitted within three days. If you do not see any changes in KSIS within three weeks of submission, or you do not recieve your initial email confirmation, please contact us at ahsinfo@k-state.edu.
